About Us
When you sign a lease with us we require only that you complete an application and pay a security deposit for your unit which does not constitute rent but typically is $500 per person and is due within a month of signing. At that time, or shortly thereafter, a unit within your desired complex will be assigned to you. We encourage you to view the actual unit that you will be renting. When signing a lease we ask that your entire leasing party be present but if logistical difficulties prevent this, we will work around you and your roommate’s busy schedules.
Other details regarding the landlord/tenant relationship are outlined in our lease which we have attempted to draft in a straight-forward manner. You are welcome to take a copy of our lease with you for your or your parent’s review. We are also more than willing to answer any questions you or your parents might have about our lease.
